Leavenworth's tickseed (Coreopsis leavenworthii, Asteraceae)
Native, throughout Florida and 1 co. in Alabama; moist roadsides; blooms in summer. Coreopsis species is the Florida State Wildflower.

Southern beeblossom (Gaura angustifolia, Onagraceae)
Native, Southeast US; dry roadsides; blooms in summer. Found along several roads in the park.

Peruvian primrosewillow (Ludwigia peruviana, Onagraceae)
Not native; Southeast US and Texas; blooms in summer; moist soil, common plant of ditches.

Capeweed (Phyla nodiflora, Verbenaceae)
Native; throughout most of US; blooms in summer; small plant found in grass.

American bluehearts (Buchnera americana, Orobanchaceae)
Native; eastern US; blooms in summer; found along roadsides and in grass.
